I’ve spent nearly two decades serving and leading in the local church. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to pastor and plant churches, lead teams, develop leaders, build ministry systems, and help churches navigate seasons of growth, transition, and change.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from great pastors, leaders, friends, and ministries who have helped shape the way I lead. I’ve also learned a lot simply by doing ministry—building things, making mistakes, solving problems, adjusting along the way, and discovering what actually works in the day-to-day life of a local church.
A lot of what I’ve learned has been practical: how to develop leaders, build healthy teams, create systems, organize ministry, steward growth, and turn vision into something a church can actually carry.
I created RLC because I want to take what I’ve learned, along with the resources and systems I’ve built over the years, and make it available to pastors who can use it. Not every church has the same resources, staff, or access to outside help, but every pastor should have somewhere to go for practical tools, direction, and another perspective when they need it.
That’s what I want RLC to be.
