After nearly two decades serving the local church, Michael knows firsthand how demanding ministry can be. He has led teams, planted churches, built systems, developed leaders, and pastored through seasons of both growth and challenge. Along the way, he discovered how often pastors are expected to carry the weight of ministry without the practical support they need. RLC was created to be the kind of help he wished he had—practical, relational, and committed to helping pastors build healthy churches for the long haul.
